This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State counsel.

An affidavit has been filed by the petitioners and Opposite Party No.2 the informant, in which they state that the matter has been settled amicably on compromise between the parties, which is subject matter of G.R. Case No.361 of 2010 further corresponding to S.T. Case No.24 of 2019/35 of 2012, arising out of Konark P.S. Case No.45 of 2010, on the file of learned Additional Special Judge, Nimapara. 4.
Taking into account such compromise and in view of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Manoj
// 2 // Agarwal & Another v. The State of Uttar Pradesh & Another dated 04.03.2022 in SLP (CRL) No.(s) 8242/2021, the proceeding in connection with G.R. Case No.361 of 2010 further corresponding to S.T. Case No.24 of 2019/35 of 2012, arising out of Konark P.S. Case No.45 of 2010, on the file of learned Additional Special Judge, Nimapara, stands quashed in respect of the present petitioners in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

The petitioners as well as the Opposite Parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective counsels. The self-attested copy of the Aadhar Card is kept on record.

The CRLMC thus stands disposed of.
