This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No.6216 of 2019 arising out of GRP Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offences under sections 384/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has not yet obtained any instruction in spite of the order dated 19.02.2021.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the nature of accusation against the petitioner and since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, the interim order dated 19.02.2021 is made absolute.
