This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. Ranjit Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Opposite Parties.

This is the second journey of the petitioner relating to determination of area of both Chhanchunia and Chhanchunia "A" Anganwadi Centre. This Court in the earlier writ petition at the instance of the petitioner by order dtd. 10.02.2020 in W.P.(C) No. 4123 of 2020 directed the Collector, Kendrapara-Opposite Party No. 2 to cause an inquiry with regard to the determination of the area and take a decision.

It is submitted that the petitioner pursuant to the direction of the Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has filed Misc. Case No. 20 of 2020 which was registered on 03.03.2020, but till date the same
has not been taken up for consideration on merits. Hence, this present writ petition.

Taking into account, the limited nature of the grievance, it is directed that the Collector, Kendrapara-Opposite Party No.2 shall dispose of the Misc. Case No. 20 of 2020 stated to be pending within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this Court's Order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and others concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
