This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the initiation of the proceeding and continuance of the same before the learned S.D.J.M., Angul in connection with Angul P.S. Case No.46 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. Case No.142 of 2011.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. The case is of the year 2011.

As such, the CRLMC is dismissed for nonprosecution.
