1. The matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode.
2. Having made a representation to the State Election Commission (SEC) only on 17th/19th January, 2022, the Petitioner has immediately directly rushed to this Court without awaiting the response of the SEC. Therefore, the Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. It is open to the SEC to consider the aforementioned representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion in the matter.
3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
