1.By an order dated 09.10.2013 the order at Annexurte-9 was stayed by this Court. It is pointed out that the order was valid only for a period of two years and therefore, the interim order has worked itself out. It is clarified that the said order at Annexure-9 would not be treated as adverse to the Petitioner in future proceedings. 2.The writ petition is disposed of.
