1. A report has been received from the Examiner of Questioned Documents, CID, Crime Branch, Orissa, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar rendering the opinion that the disputed signatures (X-1 to X-7) are forged signatures and had been produced by some electronic process.

2. Copy of the entire report be made available to learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party by the Registry within two days. The report be kept back in a sealed cover with the Registry.

3. In the view of the above report, the present application is dismissed with costs of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) which shall be paid by the Petitioner to the Opposite Party within four weeks.

4. In view of the seriousness of the misconduct of the Petitioner in placing before the Court a forged document on the basis of which relief has been sought, the Registrar General of this Court is directed to draw up a case for initiation of proceedings against the

Petitioner under Section 340 Cr PC and forward it to the jurisdictional magistrate enclosing a copy of the report of the SFSL which shall form the prima facie material for such proceedings.

5. A copy of this order be sent to the Registrar General forthwith. For the purposes of drawing up the case and forwarding it to the Magistrate along with a copy of the report of the SFSL, the sealed cover be opened by the Registrar General and re-sealed thereafter.
