1. Since the fact situation on the grounds has changed in the last 9 years, the Court permits the Petitioner to apply for permission to sell the properties of the deity by making an appropriate application to the Commissioner of Endowments. If such an application is filed not later than 1st October, 2022, it will be considered on its merit in accordance with law by the Commissioner and a fresh order shall be passed thereon within a period of two months without being in any manner influenced by the impugned order dated 23rd September, 2013.
