None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Mr. Dash, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for CRPFOpposite Parties is present. 3.
The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 10th September, 2012 (Annexure-3) and order dated 20th November, 2012 (Annexure-4), whereby notices were issued directing him to vacate Family Qr.No.19, Type-II at Group Centre, C.R.P.F., Bhubaneswar.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that after issuance of notice and grant of interim order of status quo on 13th December, 2012, the matter was adjourned either at the instance of the Petitioner or due to his non-appearance.

In that view of the matter, this Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The interim order dated 13th December, 2012 passed in Misc. Case No. 20371 of 2012 stands vacated.
