Recording the statement made by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for Petitioner that service of notice in the Revenue Appeal No.59 of 2021 is already completed, this Court directs, in the event the service of notice on the respondents in Revenue Appeal No.59 of 2021 are already completed and if the Petitioner submits an application before the appellate authority for expeditious disposal of the Revenue Appeal No.59 of 2021, the appellate authority shall do well in disposing the Revenue Appeal No.59 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
