Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue is still pending, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Collector, Puri to look into the grievance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-6 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
