Heard Mr. A.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the interim order dated 11.07.2008 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 930(C) of 2008, O.A. No. 1067(C) of 2009, O.A. No. 513(C) of 2009 and O.A. No. 28(Bam) of 2014. 4.

Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel contended that the O.A. is still pending.

In view of such position, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the pending O.A.
