1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner on call. Order No.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks to quash the Order of cognizance dated 13th October, 2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Kendrapara in connection with G.R.Case No.409 of 2008 corresponding to Patkura P.S.Case No.153 of 2008.

3. The Petitioner allegedly to have been involved in the offence under Sections 294/323/506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sec.3(x) of S.C/S.T (PA) Act.

4. It is submitted by learned A.G.A that the accused-petitioner has since been released on bail having surrendered before the learned Court below.

5. Except the order impugned dated 13th October, 2010, no material is available in the case record. The case has also not been pursued by the Petitioner.

6. Having regard to the averments in the application itself vis-avis, the impugned order there appears materials to deduce the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence. Consequently, the impugned order requires no interference.

7. The CRLMC accordingly stands dismissed.
