1. Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, the Court is not satisfied that grounds have been made out for quashing of the FIR at this stage. All contentions raised by the Petitioners in the present application are permitted to be urged by him at the appropriate stage in the trial court.

2. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed. The interim order dated 28th September 2011 passed in the present petition stands vacated. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch to immediately communicate this order to the concerned subordinate court.
