This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Order No.

Mr. Amitav Tripathy, learned Advocate and his Associates enter appearance in this case on behalf of the sole opposite party by filing their Vakalatnama which be kept on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife to transfer C.P. No.88 of 2019 instituted at the instance of the opposite party-husband from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to allow the aforesaid prayer made in this petition on the grounds stated.

However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh to dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously, this Court direct that the aforesaid proceeding shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of receipt / production of the certified copy of this order. Both parties are directed to cooperate for early disposal of the case. No liberal adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
