Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 07.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4192 of 2015 has been complied with as the amounts deposited towards fee for environment clearance for the claimed extension period of the lease for sand quarry (which was not extended) has been refunded.

3. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped.

The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
