This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 12th January, 2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Sohela in I.C.C. No.19 of 2008 on the ground of compromise between the parties.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party No.1. However, no one appears for the Opposite Party No.2 4.

Giving liberty to the Petitioners to file a joint petition for quashment of the order of cognizance, this petition stands dismissed.
