Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners do not want to press this Criminal Misc. Case and, as such, they may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo dated 8th August, 2022 has been filed. 3.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 14th October, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.3370 of 2014 stands vacated.

Order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
