2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Ranapur P.S. Case No.190 of 2014 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.21 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Nayagarh.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2014. This Court issued notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by registered post with A.D vide order dated 21.10.2014. Till date requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party No.2 have not been filed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
