Heard the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

It is disclosed dependant on the development in Annexure-4, in disposal of Section 32 application under the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act with paragraph 111 of Orissa Mutation Manual, there has been further transaction. It is alleged this order has been passed behind back of the Petitioner.

It is also disclosed through the pleading and submission that there has been sale transaction involving the land involved herein. Petitioner however claims he is still in possession of the property. In such event, this Court while declining to interfere in the order however permits the Petitioner, if so advised, may approach competent civil court for appropriate relief. Records if any prepared
