This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The Petitioner in the present writ application seeks for a direction to Opposite Party No.3 to allow the Petitioner to perform her duty with a further direction to release the salary of the Petitioner with immediate effect.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Block Education Officer, Bhawanipatna, Opposite Party No.2 on 16.11.2021 and the same is pending as of now. He further submits that a direction may be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to consider her representation within a stipulated period of time.

Learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education department submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is disposed of by the Opposite Party No.2 in accordance with law.

In such view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Block Education Officer, Bhawanipatna, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 16.11.2021 within a period of eight weeks from today in accordance with law.

It is needless to mention here that the Opposite Party No.2 shall dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 10 days thereafter. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
