Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has statutory remedy of Revision, for which the Writ Petition is not entertainable. Considering that there is no scope for filing the Appeal for there is already involvement of the Sub-Collector in the impugned order, this Court observes, in the event, there is involvement of the Sub-Collector in the original proceeding and the appeal is barred, let a Revision be filed within two weeks.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
