1. The Petitioner will appear before the SDJM, Athamallick in G.R. Case No.98 of 2011 corresponding to CT (S) Case No.42 of 2011 on 5th December, 2022. Till then, the interim order dated 19th July 2016, shall continue. Thereafter, the concerned court will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
