This application has been filed for modification/correction of the order dated 16.02.2022.

Mr. S. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently in the 10th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 16.02.2022, it has been wrongly mentioned as "opposite party no.3Mining Officer, Baripada Circle, Baripada" instead of "opposite party no.2-Director of Mines, Odisha". Therefore, the same may be corrected.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, prayer for correction is allowed. The words and figures "opposite party no.3-Mining Officer, Baripada Circle, Baripada" appearing in 10th line of paragraph-4 of order dated 16.02.2022 are substituted by the words and figures "opposite party no.2-Director of Mines, Odisha".

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
