1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner being in custody in connection with T.R. Case No.44 of 2020 corresponding to Jeypore Sadar P.S. Case No.145 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Koraput-Jeypore registered for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/27-A of the N.D.P.S. Act has filed this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

4. Learned counsel for the State files the action taken report of the Superintendent of Police, Koraput. The same be kept on record.

5. On the basis of the action taken report of the Superintendent of Police, Koraput wherein it has been mentioned that the Petitioner has obtained the fake medical documents in order to secure interim bail, the Petitioner does not deserves to be shown any leniency for granting him bail.

6. In such view of the matter, this BLAPL is dismissed. .
