1. The challenge in the present writ petition is only to an interim order of the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack converting the revision case before it which was a suo motu petition and issuing notices and directing the parties to maintain status quo.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court finds that no prejudice has been caused to the Petitioner by the impugned order. It will be open to him to place all his submissions before the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack in accordance with law.

3. The interim order passed by this Court on 9th August, 2010 is vacated. The writ petition is dismissed. The aforesaid mentioned Revision Case i.e. R.C. No. 4 of 2004 will now be listed before the Member, Board of Revenue on 25th April, 2022 for directions.
