The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the R.T.O., Nayagarh for cancellation of the registration certificate bearing registration number OR-05-X7039 and direct him to dispose of the representation dated 25.03.2021, vide nnexure-3, which is stated to be pending. No decision having been taken on the same, he has come to this Court seeking a mandamus to the R.T.O concerned to dispose of the representation within a stipulated period. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the R.T.O., Nayagarh, opposite party no.2, to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified

// 2 // copy of the order, if the same is still pending. The decision, if any, taken by the R.T.O., Nayagarh be intimated to the Petitioner.

However, the aforesaid should not be construed as an expression of this Court on the merit of such representation in any manner.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
