During course of hearing Mr.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition as he wants to approach the Superintendent of Police, C.I.D.(C.B), Odisha, Cuttack (opposite party No.3) for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
