This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No.839 of 2021 arising out of Raibania P.S. Case No.81 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar for alleged commission of offence under section 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the offence is bailable in nature, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
