2. In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.6022 of 2012, the present petition is also disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file an appeal on the same terms as specified in the above order of this Court.

3. The original of the Annexure-1 be returned to the counsel for the Petitioner subject to being substituted by attested photo copy thereof.
