1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. N. Jujharsingh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 20.02.2014 in Annexure-6, by which it has been blacklisted for three years, since the petitioner allegedly refused to receive the negotiation letter to execute the work "Construction of SB over Somapaju nallah at 0/700 KM on Baghiapada - Somapaju -Panisal road in the District of Boudh".

4. Since the blacklisting period of three years has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
