This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

It appears, the Petitioner being a senior citizen aged about 87 years old has made a complaint regarding difficulties being created by the local people.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and looking to the age of the Petitioner, this Court directs the Collector, Puri to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1(series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed involving the Petitioner and also the persons likely to the affected, within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
