Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is therefore, prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit the writ application, issue Rule NISI, calling upon the opp. parties to show cause as to why the impugned letter dated 29.09.2022 under Annexure-7 issued by the opp. party no.2 hall not be quashed and why the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) shall not be established at Lanjigarh and if the opp. parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause make the said Rule be absolute.
And the Hon'ble Court issue a writ of certiorari in quashing the impugned letter dated 29.09.2022 under Annexure- 7 issued by the opp. party No.2 with regard to shifting of Industrial Training Institute (ITI) to Dharmagarh and further direction may be issued to opp. party no.2 to establishment the proposed ITI at Lanjigarh."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made representation to Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the opp. party has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
