The petitioner is a defaulting borrower of a Term Loan availed for a sum of Rs.2 lakhs from the State Bank of India, Gandarpur Branch, District-Cuttack, in the year 2006. The said loan account was declared NPA and SARFAESI proceedings initiated vide Demand Notice dated 4th December, 2012. The prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the Bank for settlement under the OTS Scheme.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client has not responded in

// 2 // spite of due intimations. Thus, he has filed a Memo in Court today seeking permission for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The Memo be kept on record. 4.

In view of the Memo filed, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
