2. This is an application filed by the applicant-opposite party seeking modification of the order dated 16th August 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.30872 of 2011, thereby dismissing the writ petition and confirming the order passed by the Labour Court.

3. Considering the submission made and the reasons stated in the application, the Court is not inclined to modify the aforesaid order dated 16th August, 2022 at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
