4. Perused the record. The petitioner files this writ petition to declare the tender notification dated 20.03.2013 fixing the date of auction to 25.03.2013 as illegal, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to hold fresh auction of quarries mentioned at Sl No.1 to 31 of Annexure-1.
5. Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that the period of tender has already been over and by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
