The Petitioner by filing WP(C) (PIL) No. 27098 of 2021 had sought the removal of illegal encroachers from the public/Govt. land in Mouza-Barapur under Khaira Tahasil in the district of Balasore. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 30th September, 2021 directing the Tahasildar, Khaira, Balasore to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 3.

Counsel for the State states that the direction passed by this Court has been duly complied with. That apart by filing a memo, counsel for the Petitioner prays for an unconditional withdrawal of the contempt petition.
