2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 26.03.2009 passed by the learned C.J.M., Kolkata in Complaint Case No.C/14498/09 (T.R. No.1672 of 2009).

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
