1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.
2. The petitioner has laid challenge to the Memo dated 02.02.2011 issued by the State Bank of India/Opposite Party No.1, whereby his account with the State Bank of India was sought to be closed due to his other account with the Urban Cooperative Bank Limited, Rourkela/Opposite Party No.2 having been declared NPA. Thus, a mandamus was sought against the SBI for permission to operate the account with the SBI.
3. At the time of hearing, Mr. S.D. Das, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Opposite Party No.2 states that the Account with the Opposite Party No.2 stands regularized and has now been operated smoothly.
4. Mr. Pratap Nayak, learned Proxy Counsel has filed a Memo in Court stating therein that he does not want to press this Writ Petition and prays for permission to withdraw the same. The Memos filed by the learned counsel for the parties be kept on record.

5. In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
