This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 28th July, 2010 passed by learned JMFC, G. Udayagiri passed in Misc. Case No.37 of 2005/ TR No.642 of 2007.

As it appears, after filing of the RPFAM neither any step was taken for change of nomenclature of the case nor the defect pointed out by SR is removed. In that view of the matter, it seems that the Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the matter. 5.
