Recording the submission of Mr.Satpathy, learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meantime contesting opposite parties to I.A.No.55 of 2021 arising out of C.S.No.124 of 2007 not only appeared but also filed their version, this Court in disposal of the C.M.P. directs the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Keonjhar to dispose the aforesaid I.A. under Order 39 Rule 2(A) of the Code of Civil Procedure at least within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
