No rejoinder affidavit has been filed by the petitioner till today. Even the orders dated 10.5.2022, 22.06.2022, 27.07.2022 and 20.09.2022 have not been complied with. On the previous date i.e. on 14.10.2022, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
