This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

2. Petitioners (Husband-Wife duo) had stood as a guarantor for a Cash Credit facility availed from UCO Bank, Nimapara Branch by Jayanti Behera-proprietor of M/s. Subhadra Traders for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/-. Due to financial indiscipline, recovery process has been initiated leading up to issuance of a Sale Notice putting the mortgaged properties of the Petitioners for auction sale.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
