Heard Ms. S. Pattnaik, learned counsel for opposite party No.1 and Mr. S. Udgata, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party nos.1 & 2 to release his outstanding dues with 12% interest, as the opposite party no.3 is not cooperating for the same, within a stipulated time. 5.
Since the dispute is between the petitioner-sub contractor and opposite party no.3-contractor, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
