The petitioner in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") has prayed for quashing of the order dated 19.07.2010 passed by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Berhampur in G.R. Case No.37 of 2004 refusing to discharge her and framing charge under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(e) of the P.C. Act and Section 109 of IPC against her.

No one appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Senior standing counsel appearing for the Vigilance Department is present.

This case is of the year 2011 and one decade has already been passed from the date of filing of this case. As such, the petitioner appears to be recalcitrant litigant and has lost interest in the present litigation. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
