No.3. This development is to be brought to the notice of the concerned trial Court.
2. Permitting the Petitioner to raise all such contentions including the one that raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
