Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition to move authorities to consider his claim for re-engagement as Home guard.

Without expressing any opinion, this Court grants leave to the petitioner to make a representation within a period of four weeks from today and it shall be open to the authorities to consider the same taking into account the past service rendered by the petitioner, within six weeks from the

date of receipt of such representation and communicate the decision within the time as stipulated.
