Perused the letter dated 03.11.2022 of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jeypore addressed to the Superintendent, Bail Section-1, High Court of Orissa, wherein it has been mentioned that the petitioner-Bhakta Naik has been released on interim bail till 12.5.2021. As per the order of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.(C) No.15941 of 2021, the interim bail has been extended till 30.06.2021 with certain conditions. Thereafter, as per the order passed by Hon'ble Court the period of interim bail has again been extended till 03.08.2021 and the petitioner surrendered on 4.8.2021. It has also been mentioned that two witnesses have been examined in the case and the case is now posted to 04.11.2022 for trial.

In view of the above clarification, no further order is required to be passed.
