This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 7th December, 2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road in Vigilance G.R. Case No.12 of 2006 wherein the petition under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. filed by the him to recall the P.W.7 for his re-examination, has been rejected.

Since no specific questions having been given, the trial court has refused to entertain the prayer made by the Petitioner in the absence of specific question to be asked to the P.W.7 and to determine his further cross-examination is essential for just decision of the case.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned.

Accordingly the CRLMC stands dismissed.
