Perused the letter of the learned trial Court, which indicates that though the petitioner was released on interim bail for a period of three months but he has not surrendered after availing the said period for which N.B.W.(A) has been issued against the petitioner. However, it has not been mentioned as to what steps have been taken against the bailors.

The further report be submitted by the learned trial Court in that respect.

A copy of the order be communicated to the learned trial Court.
